Georgetown Toyota's GM Gord Russell was fantastic throughout the whole process and was the main reason why I purchased my Tacoma at Georgetown Toyota!!!  My Product Advisor Shane did a great job answering all of my questions and delivering my Tacoma.  I will definately be buying my next vehicle from Gord Russell.

I am well informed on what my maintenance inspection will entail, cost, etc. There is never a long wait when dropping my vehicle off. The shuttle drivers are super friendly guys.  I am informed of any additional costs.  My vehicle is ready for pick-up when promised.
I have great trust that the work that was completed was all that was needed and that it is done well. Thanks, Peter, Mark, Bob, Dave and mechanics!

Hey thanks for all of your help with the purchase of my new Rav 4. I have to say you made the entire process very simple, everything was as promised. As you know I bought my first Rav from Georgetown Toyota, and when I decided to buy another one I contacted you without hesitation. I did however shop around a little, it didn't take long to learn that there was a huge difference in how you conduct business compared to some of the sales people I encountered.

 Thanks again for all your help and professionalism. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from you or reccomend you to others .

I just wanted to thank yourself and the team at G.Town Toyota Service for all your help with my 02 Sienna. If you could please let Mike and J.R. (service technician) know that I appreciate all the help they gave related to my O2 sensor issues. Mike explained things very well, and J.R. took me under the car to show me exactly what was going on. I didn't expect sensor B2S1 would be such trouble but then I'm not a Mechanic. Letting the customer see exactly what problems arise and showing them how it can be fixed goes a long way. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I appreciate J.R's time and honesty for showing me what the problem was. Let's just say that it's refreshing to know that good customer service still exists in this crazy world we live in. I think that's why I enjoy the small town feel I get at Georgetown Toyota. It may not be the biggest Toyota Dealership in Canada but it says a lot when I can walk in there and almost know everyone by name, and vice versa. On that note, I can't forget Tammy or Mark. Again, nothing but excellent customer service from both. Taking the time to explain and to listen. That said, I'll stop the gushing now. Doug, please let these people know they are doing a great job. Yes, we all have those crazy days at work now and then, but it's good to know we have people like you and your staff that can always be counted on. It's this service that will keep me coming back, and who knows, maybe a new Toyota in the coming years.
