Hi Ryan, Yes, thank you for the birthday wish.  That was very nice.  We are very happy with our hylander.  It drives very smoothly.!  I have never driven such a nice behicle before.  It has Great acceleration and sharp breaking...not that i am a speed demon, but it sure handles well.  Thank you very much for your salesmanship.  We felt very comfortable purchasing the vehicle from you.  You are Very honest and professional.  I hope you do well.  When the time comes to change our Sienna to a Tacoma, we will definitley go to Georgetown.  I felt your service was much more caring and professional than our experience at the Toyota dealer in Erin Mills.  Even the used car salesman was your typical shifty sort of fellow that you see on TV... trying to sell you something you don't want.  It was actually kind of funny.  You can forward this message to your manager if you wish.....just to let him know we are very happy with our Hylander and very pleased with the service we recieved from you.

Hi Clive,
Made our way out to Georgetown on Friday, to finalize our purchase of the 2010 Corolla.  This time we delt with Christian who was just as accomodating as Gord.
After Christian gave Elizabeth a hands on explanation of the car, we went next door to Tim Hortons for coffee and muffins.  Mission accomplished.
Many thanks again Clive for setting the ball in motion for us to purchase the Corolla. 
Elizabeth is very pleased with all aspects of the car.
